Will sports massage help me?

Whatever your age, activity level, health condition or occupation, regular targeted massage will be hugely beneficial.

Sports Massage is a manual therapy, working deep into the muscles and surrounding soft tissues. It can be used pre and post performance, during training and for rehabilitation but you DO NOT need to be an be an athlete to reap the benefits of a good Sports Massage. Dysfunction of muscles due to overuse, poor posture, repetitive strain, poor feet balance to name just a few all have an impact on our body.

  • Do you work at a desk all day and get sore shoulders and neck?

  • Have you started running or going to the gym and your knees and hips have become painful?

  • Have you been gardening and now have sore elbows?

There are many causes of muscle and joint pain, please get in touch to see if I can help and if I can't I will make sure you are referred to the right people.
